That might be a branch that's come down in high winds, overhanging limbs from a neighbour's tree, or shrubs that have grown too big for their space. Toby removes the material, loads it into his van, and leaves the area clean and safe.
If there's a lot of waste, his own wood chipper reduces the volume on site — handy for tight access where a full load of branches would be awkward to remove.
